Return Your Imitation Watch

If you are not satisfied with your purchase PreciousHours.com will gladly accept your return.  You must return the product within 10 days of the products delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must first contact us if you wish to return your watch. We will accept returns for any reason.  Your return will be denied if you do not follow our return policy as outlined below.

We will provide a refund or exchange if the following occurs:

• - The item has a manufacture defect (please note this is extremely rare and has never happened as we hand inspect each watch prior to shipping it to you).
• - The item does not function according the the products specifications on our website.
• - You are not satisfied with the product for any reason.
• - The item is returned to us within 10 days of receiving a return authorization.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• - We do not receive an email from you stating the specific reason for the return.
• - You do not send the return to the specified return address.
• - You do not follow the return instructions outlined for proper return procedure.

Terms and Conditions:

• - You must return the product within 10 days of the products delivery date.
• - The product packaging must be shipped with your product
• - All links must be attached to the watch. If you removed any links you will be charged $10 per link.
• - The watch must not have any scratches or marks.
