Shipping & Delivery: All of our products are shipped to your door via a courier. Your watches will be shipped out within one to two business days from placing your order and would be arriving in 5-7 business days. Each watch is tested for quality control before being shipped. Delivery time is five to seven days from when your order is placed.
Privacy & Security: Any information that you provide us with is protected. We will never share any information with a third party nor use information to contact you with unsolicited material. We understand how important your privacy is to you and will do everything we can to uphold it.
Returns & Replacements: If you are not satisfied with your purchase PreciousHours.com will gladly accept your return. You must return the product within 10 days of the products delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. You must first contact us if you wish to return your watch. We will accept returns for any reason. Your return will be denied if you do not follow our return policy as outlined below.
